Blix is a Stellenbosch-born hospitality brand inspired by the world of Karen Blixen's Out of Africa. What began as a guesthouse and tavern in the heart of the Cape Winelands has grown into a small collection of stays, a one-of-a-kind tavern, and a trading co producing handcrafted beer, wine, gin and cigars — each one carrying a little of that same spirit of adventure, storytelling and hospitality.
