Day Shift - Bartender/Barista

Blix is looking for a Bartender/Barista to join our team,

Monday–Friday, 08:00–15:00.

You'll run our coffee and daytime bar service — from morning coffees to lunchtime drinks — and help make sure guests have a great experience from the moment we open.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and daytime bar orders
• Handle payments and tabs accurately
• Keep the bar and coffee station clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Work closely with our floor and management team
• What we're looking for
• Matric or equivalent
• Barista experience essential; bartending experience an advantage
• A friendly, professional manner and steady hands during busy periods
• Available Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00

Night Shift - Bartender

Blix is looking for a Bartender to join our bar team.

You'll prepare and serve drinks, keep the bar running smoothly during service, and give our guests great service in a busy, buzzing environment.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
• Handle payments and tabs accurately
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Work closely with our floor and management team

What we're looking for

• Matric or equivalent
• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• A friendly, professional manner and a cool head during busy periods
• Available for evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts
